ARTICLE 1: GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use by users ("User" or "Users") of the online gaming platform operated by Bet4Star Casino, including but not limited to its website(s) and mobile application(s), hereinafter referred to as the "Site". Bet4Star Casino shall not be liable for any disputes arising out of the performance or functionality of such services, which are governed solely by the terms set forth in this agreement.

ARTICLE 10: GAMING REGULATIONS AND APPLICABLE LAWS

The laws which apply may vary depending on where you access the website. If we become aware that any User has breached such applicable laws or regulations, their account shall immediately be suspended.

ARTICLE 11: TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT

Bet4Star Casino reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without notice if it appears to have been used for betting patterns which are considered suspicious by Bet4Star Casino. The decision of suspending or terminating an account is final and non-appealable, subject only to any obligations arising from applicable gaming laws.

ARTICLE 12: DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If there is a dispute between Users regarding the operation, administration or conduct of this agreement, it shall be resolved through our internal procedures. Any disputes not resolved by us may be subject to jurisdiction and resolution under local law in accordance with any binding arbitration clauses included herein.

ARTICLE 13: GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. By accessing or using our services, each User agrees that disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in accordance with such jurisdiction.

ARTICLE 14: ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND WAIVER

This Terms and Conditions document sets out all the terms which apply between Bet4Star Casino and Users of this Site. Any terms to the contrary are hereby excluded or waived by reference in order not to create ambiguity within these written legal conditions. The User acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted each provision set forth herein prior to accessing the Services.
